7.2 Technical Errors

If a game session is incomplete due to server issues, disconnection or any other technical reason, 7000bet apps will review the records of the relevant transaction and make a decision. Winnings arising from software errors are not recognised.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the official result of the event is taken into consideration. If a match is postponed or abandoned, the policy of refunding the bet amount for that event will apply.
